Enligt lagen om skydd mot olyckor (2003:778) har den som äger en byggnad det yttersta ansvaret för sitt brandskydd. För oss som förening innebär detta att vi efter en brandskyddskontroll behöver vidta extra åtgärder.
Därför ombeds alla boende att ta bort dörrmattor och annat som förvaras utanför den boendes ytterdörr och gemensamma utrymmen.
Detta ska ske senast 18/11-2018, det som lämnas kvar kommer att samlas in den 19/11.
Det är viktigt att vi alla hjälps åt med detta då vi alla ansvarar för vår gemensamma säkerhet och trygghet.
Important information regarding fire hazards!
According to the law regarding protection against accidents and fire hazards the owner of the building is responsible for fire-protection.
For us as a housing society it means that after a fire hazard control we need to take extra steps to ensure the safety of everyone.
All residents are required to remove doormats and other items stored outside the door and in any common space.
This needs to happen before 18/11-2018, anything left on the morning of 19/11 will be disposed of.
It’s important that everyone helps out with this since we’re all responsible for the communal safety and security.
